- List your five core values.
- Research on why they are false.
- Even if the core values are everyone should be kind or what not. Think against it.
- Keep doing for all the things that you believe in.
The goal is not to get rid of all of them, the exercise might even help you strength your beliefs but the goal is to understand why you think the way you think. The goal is to understand different perspectives and not live in a bubble of ideas.
