It's been a while. I am typing on my new keychron k2 v2 keyboard. Lately, I've fallen in mechanical keyboard rabbit hole. If you see my youtube recommendations, you'll see most of them are keyboard related. I tell you, it's a whole new world. I never thought keyboards could be that expensive. I was actually looking to buy iqunix keyboard which looks really cool. But I settled for Keychron. It's a little cheaper than that, and with mods, it actually sounds really good. I am now excited about modding this current keyboard that I have. TBH, it sounds really good without the mods, but I want it to sound thocccky.
Also, because some of the key layouts are different from my apple magic keyboard that I am used to. It's a little different. Oh man, do I love mechanical keyboards now. They just sound perfect.
Anyways other than that, I have the interview tomorrow, so fingers crossed on that one. I am not that hopeful but you know we'll see. I am more excited about the NYC trip. We are leaving tomorrow right after my interview. That reminds me I should probably check in with one of my friends there. I had told her that I would come visit last December and I haven't been there yet. It's been almost 5 years I haven't met her. Ok, this reminds me we used to be so close during high school and then just drifted apart in terms of closeness. But now looking at her, it just seems we are different people. I don't think we would connect that much. Which is why I am hesitant to let her know I'll be around that area. But we'll see.
I am also excited about street photography in NYC. It just seems to be the perfect place for that. There's so much going on in the streets of NYC. Also, it's on my bucketlist to have coffee and walk in the downtown of NYC. So, I'll be checking that off too.
The main objective is to go watch Niagra falls, we might also go to Boston, MA and visit Harvard and MIT and if we get a chance meet Shrinkhala lol. (she used to be miss Nepal).
Oh and yesterday I bought these nerf guns and we had nerf battle. It was fun. Honestly, I sweated too much. Also the VR is really good man. I mostly play table tennis and it actually feels like playing the real thing. I think it's going to change the way we interact. We would no longer need anything physical. Like piano? meh, you'll get that in VR. Drums? VR. Chess? VR. Ludo? VR. and you get to feel rolling the dice or punching those drumsets and pressing the keyboard keys.
If you want to make a shit ton of money, it'll the next big thing after apps. Like just build what's already popular for VR. And it's easier said than done so I am just saying it.
Ok holy shit. I remembered something. "You need to do good things, not become a good person" or something like that. Very often we tie the acts we do to our identity, and that's not a nice way of looking at things. Like you can still be a "good person" and hurt others, and just because you think you are good because you did good things doesn't mean you cannot do bad stuff? idk if that makes sense. Who decides good any bad anyways. That's another topic but yk the gist is not to tie the events that happen in your life to your own being.
Like just doing good thing several times doesn't make you a good person, and idk why we are trying to become this "good person" anyways. Like just do things that are good. Don't try to become anything.
With that being said, I'll go https://monkeytype.com/
